We have launched a new, ongoing syndicated study produced in partnership with AMC Global. The project launched this week with an examination of how company response to the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted consumer feelings toward the company. The study findings are designed to help clients and industry leaders navigate quickly changing consumer behavior during the crisis.
New results will be released on Thursdays based on the study’s weekly polling of U.S. based general population primary purchasers.
Top three retailers that garner positive consumer perception include Amazon, Walmart and CVS; Top CPG brands include Lysol and Clorox; Top automotive brands include Ford and Tesla.
